Orange Bus have been working collaboratively with Drummond Central to rollout DB Regio’s 2011/2012 advertising strategy across the web. DB Regio operate the trains and stations on the Tyne and Wear Metro system on behalf of its owner and manager, Nexus, who Orange Bus have also worked extensively with on a number of high profile projects.
Orange Bus translated the offline marketing campaign created by Drummond Central into a colourful, striking and impactful design which both supported the overall campaign and maximised its potential for the web. Specific online campaign pages were designed and built for DB Regio’s general, visitors, football and student campaigns, encouraging visitors to the region to use public transport and incentivising locals to use the Metro for leisure purposes as well as everyday commuting.
Further campaigns are still to come, and Orange Bus look forward to delivering more creativity and design innovation for DB Regio into the coming year.
