Project Overview

What we did

Orange Bus launched the new Family Lives site to support the charity’s re-branding from Parentline Plus. The role of the website was to deliver a new brand presence to meet the strategic direction of the charity and the needs and goals of families, professionals and the media.

The key challenges of the project were to deliver an intuitive information architecture which would make the vast quantity of advice and information the charity has to offer as accessible and intuitive to navigate as possible for all audiences. Community support and interaction was also a vital element of the Family Lives brief and Orange Bus continue to work with them on an ongoing basis to further enhance the active and highly engaged forums and the value they add to the on-site experience for viewers and contributors alike.

The new site clearly communicates who Family Lives are and the help, services and advice they are able to offer. Orange Bus maintain a positive partnership with Family Lives and have recently undertaken the migration of their Got A Teenager site into the main Family Lives presence.
