The redevelopment of the Nexus web presence was an extremely exciting and challenging project with relatively tight timescales. The first step was to carry out an extensive user experience exercise, which helped to define Nexus' audiences, goals and requirements. This allowed us to plan how best to serve these audiences through the new site. Personas were created, wireframes demonstrated layout and functionality and a contemporary look and feel was designed to reflect the current brand guidelines.
The result is a next generation, flexible CMS driven website of which Nexus is in full control. Using innovative technologies, the Nexus site provides up-to-the minute metro and bus updates, customer alerts and tailored information specific to local travel destinations.
